Data Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a Data & CRM Analyst to take full ownership of key data sources across our business — including carrier commissions, customer lifecycle metrics, and CRM insights.

This role is pivotal in building data-driven reporting tools, streamlining analytics pipelines, and empowering our sales and marketing teams with actionable intelligence that drives growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve, synthesize, and present data in a clear and actionable format aligned with business objectives
• Analyze customer lifecycle trends, retention rates, and lifetime value metrics
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reports to support sales and operational performance
• Identify opportunities to improve KPI frameworks and data workflows
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management teams to guide CRM strategy
• Use tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, and Pipedrive CRM for reporting and analysis
• Build automated workflows and data integrations using tools like Zapier
• Present findings and strategic recommendations through data visualizations, reports, and presentations
• Apply statistical analysis or machine learning where applicable to optimize business processes

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data modeling, complex formulas)
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and data integration workflows
• Proficiency with Google Data Studio or similar BI tools
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new data tools and environments
• Experience with Zapier or equivalent automation tools
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills — able to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or Machine Learning
• Familiarity with telecom or enterprise sales metrics
