As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and deliver clear, impactful recommendations to stakeholders. What You Will Do
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Document business rules and assist your team with implementing data processes.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain reports to track product performance metrics.
- Produce reports and data extracts for assigned business areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Validate source data and resolve data-related issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for all data sets.
- Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Educate stakeholders on leveraging data for business needs.
- Query databases to answer questions related to sales, supply chain, and other business activities.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making efforts.
- Design, test, and maintain data collection tools, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales performance by division and channel.
Who We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in a similar data analysis role (preferred).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong ability to collect, analyze, model, and interpret data systematically.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Experience working across departments and integrating cross-functional knowledge.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in data analysis and visualization.
Technical Knowledge
- Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate).
- Power BI, Tableau (Intermediate/Developing).
- Python and R (Intermediate).
- SAS and statistical analysis tools (Intermediate).
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are a plus.
Working Conditions
- Hybrid schedule: minimum three days in office.
- 10% travel requirement.
The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000 and a yearly bonus potential. This range is applicable for jobs performed in the Eastern and Central Time Zones. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, and business organizational needs.
