Data Analyst

Job Title: Data Analytics and MIS Specialist

Qualification:

Master’s in IT/Analytics (M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MBA(data Analytics) preferred).

Experience:

15 years in data management, analytics, and MIS development, preferably in government, water supply, rural development, or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large datasets, ensure data cleaning, validation, and analysis.
• Design and maintain MIS systems and dashboards for monitoring and reporting.
• Generate real-time analytical reports to support policy and operational decisions.
• Build capacity of field staff on MIS tools and analytics.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in database management and analytics tools.
• Proven experience in program monitoring and decision-support systems.

Preference:

Experience with PHE Department, Rural Water Supply Department, or DDWS (GoI).
