The Part-Time Data Analyst supports Tapestry 360 Health’s mission by transforming healthcare data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making and improve outcomes. This role will assist in developing datasets, dashboards, and analytical tools that guide leadership, quality improvement, and operational performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance datasets, dashboards, and reports for leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that communicate clear and actionable insights.
  • Manage and troubleshoot SQL queries, data pipelines, and reporting libraries to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
  • Partner with Quality, Operations, and Finance teams to translate data into insights that inform clinical and organizational priorities.
  • Support integration between Electronic Health Records (EHR) and external data systems to improve analytics capabilities.
  • Assist in developing data governance and reporting standards that support transparency and organizational learning.
  • Respond to ad hoc data analysis requests and support special reporting projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Public Health, Information Systems, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare data reporting, preferably within an FQHC or healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and Excel. Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., UDS, ICD-10, CPT, LOINC) and familiarity with EHR systems.
  • Ability to present complex data in clear, user-friendly ways for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • High attention to detail and a genuine interest in leveraging data to improve health outcomes.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between Tapestry 360 Health locations.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends during system upgrades or rollouts.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $30–$45 per hour (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
  • Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week; flexible hybrid schedule available


Tapestry 360 Health is committed to equitable and transparent pay practices. In accordance with the Illinois Pay Transparency Act, we are disclosing the full salary range for this position. This range represents the potential compensation for the role based on experience, tenure, and performance over time.

Most new employees can expect an initial offer within the lower portion of the range, reflecting factors such as prior experience, internal equity, and organizational budget. Salary progression is evaluated regularly to support professional growth and retention.
