The ESM Consultant focuses on all of the Service Integration and Service Management lifecycle stages and associated processes. They are a recognized subject matter expert in one or more of the lifecycle stages or processes. They are an expert in related areas such as governance, industry standards or regulatory compliance. This role provides SME in one or more areas of Service Integration, undertakes consulting work and participates in governance reviews, service audits, benchmarking, and trend analysis. Assists sales teams in pre-qualification and due diligence and builds customer relationships and delivers specific process to support the overall engagement.
