Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.

Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics like Power BI service (SaaS), or by API automation
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to perform data analysis and data modeling for creating insightful reports
-
Optimize Microsoft Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization

Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating data validation and error checking methods

Provide training and support to business users in the effective use of Power BI dashboards

Maintain documentation for all functional and business requirements and ensure that the final product meets these specified requirements.

Maintain and configure security roles, duties, and privileges to ensure all reports/dashboards are shared with business users as per their Job responsibilities and roles.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and key users for using dashboards and report, ensuring effective adoption and usage of functionalities within D365FO.

Conduct periodic reviews of user access and permissions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Document configuration/ access changes, support activities, and best practices
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous system improvement and operational excellence.

Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all modifications/customizations done internally or by external consultants.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Experience in D365FO technical development, including X++, Power Platform, extensions, data entities, and integrations.

Proven experience participating in ERP implementation projects, with knowledge of project lifecycle and methodologies.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

LCS (Lifecycle Services), Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Git.
