Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
  • Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics like Power BI service (SaaS), or by API automation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to perform data analysis and data modeling for creating insightful reports
  • Optimize Microsoft Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating data validation and error checking methods
  • Provide training and support to business users in the effective use of Power BI dashboards
  • Maintain documentation for all functional and business requirements and ensure that the final product meets these specified requirements.
  • Maintain and configure security roles, duties, and privileges to ensure all reports/dashboards are shared with business users as per their Job responsibilities and roles.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and key users for using dashboards and report, ensuring effective adoption and usage of functionalities within D365FO.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of user access and permissions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Document configuration/ access changes, support activities, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous system improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all modifications/customizations done internally or by external consultants.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience in D365FO technical development, including X++, Power Platform, extensions, data entities, and integrations.
  • Proven experience participating in ERP implementation projects, with knowledge of project lifecycle and methodologies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
  • LCS (Lifecycle Services), Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Git.
