Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that guide strategic decisions across the organization. You will work closely with multiple departments—including Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product—to deliver accurate reports, uncover trends, and optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large sets of data from various sources.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to support business strategy.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights.

Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities using data-driven analysis.

Assist in designing and executing A/B tests and performance evaluations.

Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data at all times.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Ability to analyze complex datasets and present findings clearly.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations.

Preferred Skills

Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or technology sectors.

Familiarity with ETL processes or data modeling.

Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.

Strong understanding of KPIs, dashboards, and business metrics.
