Job Summary:

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, The role involves developing integrated data models and creating interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor performance and productivity, ensuring data accuracy and providing actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from various internal sources.
• Design and maintain integrated data models for reporting and analysis.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor performance and productivity.
• Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and interpret insights.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy through quality checks.
• Update data models and dashboards based on changes in data sources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, or a related field .
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI , Excel, and data modeling.
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
