Job Objective:
Contribute to the design and implementation of advanced data management and governance solutions, enabling technical and operational teams to extract real business value from data while ensuring full compliance with NDMO requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in data quality and standardization initiatives across systems.

Manage the full data lifecycle, including classification, storage, analysis, and disposal, in accordance with NDMO policies.

Develop and update data governance policies, compliance procedures, and performance metrics.

Design advanced dashboards and visualizations to support organizational decision-making.

Lead efforts in data protection, personal data security, and advanced data classification.
-
Develop unified data models and standardize business terminology across departments.
-
Monitor data risks and develop mitigation and response plans.
-
Oversee NDMO compliance implementation and assess adherence across teams.
-
Train teams on data governance, compliance processes, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with data engineering and governance teams to enhance data architecture.

Manage data access and permission policies across systems.
-
Support open data strategies and secure data sharing with partners.
-
Drive digital data transformation initiatives and adopt emerging data technologies.
-
Develop performance and KPI reports related to data quality and compliance.
-
Manage data frameworks, metadata standards, and taxonomy consistency.

Perform other tasks related to the Data Management Office domain.
Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in data management, analysis, or advanced data solutions.

Strong command of SQL, ETL/ELT, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

Deep expertise in Data Governance, Data Modeling, Data Quality, Data Architecture, Data Security, and Privacy.

Experience in enterprise data modeling, metadata management, and terminology standardization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

In-depth knowledge of the NDMO framework and governance requirements.

Proven ability to manage sensitive data, apply classification, encryption, and security controls.

Flexibility to work across diverse data environments, systems, and modern technologies (cloud, open data, BI, etc.).
