Data Analyst

Looking for a data-driven professional who can manage the entire reporting lifecycle from gathering requirements and preparing datasets to building advanced Power BI dashboards and delivering insights that drive organizational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

· Own the full data pipeline: collect, clean, validate, and manage data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with security standards.

· Develop advanced analytics & dashboards: build interactive Power BI reports, optimized DAX measures, ETL workflows, automated data pipelines, and real-time data flows.

· Analyze & interpret insights: evaluate KPIs, identify trends, forecast future performance, and provide actionable recommendations to improve operations and business outcomes.

· Collaborate cross-functionally: work with operations, management, clients, and tech teams to understand requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure data integrity across all reports.

Enable data-driven culture: train teams on analytics tools, troubleshoot Power BI issues, maintain documentation, and continuously enhance reporting processes.

Technical Competencies
Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), Data modeling and ETL processes, SQL for data extraction, Power Query for data transformations, Azure/ cloud-based data services, Advanced Excel skills for data preparation validation, SQL, R, Python, Tableau
