About This Role: As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in turning data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across Finance, Sales, and Operations. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining performance dashboards, designing ad-hoc and predictive reports, and developing interactive visualizations using Power BI or similar BI tools. This role involves supporting advanced analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning, as well as providing crucial analytical input for strategic projects and process improvements. You will also contribute to upskilling initiatives and help foster a data-driven culture within the company.

Work Schedule:

• 6 working days per week (Friday off)
• Duty Hours: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Break: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards for Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• Create and deliver customized ad-hoc reports to address management queries and critical business events.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Support development and refinement of data models for advanced analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
• Provide analytical support for strategic projects, feasibility studies, process improvements, and post-implementation reviews.
• Develop predictive reports and trend analyses to enable proactive management planning and resource allocation.
• Participate in BI and data analytics training, and assist in upskilling initiatives within the company.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, MIS reporting, business intelligence, or financial reporting.

Technical Skills

• Excel (Mandatory): Advanced skills including Pivot Tables, formulas (LOOKUP, conditional logic), Power Query, and VBA/Macros.
• Business Intelligence (Mandatory): Experience creating and managing dashboards in Power BI (DAX), Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Database/Programming (Advantage): Basic to intermediate SQL or Python for data analysis.
• ERP Systems: Familiarity with extracting and analyzing data from ERP systems.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication for non-technical audiences.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; maintain data confidentiality.
• Good time management, multitasking, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
