Data Analyst

NNIIT is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst who can turn data into meaningful insights and support data-driven business decisions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards and be ready to join immediately.

Role Details

• Job Title: Data Analyst
• Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets
• Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for business stakeholders
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings clearly
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks where possible

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregations)
• Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Advanced Excel
• Data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques
• Basic understanding of statistics and business KPIs

Analytical & Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst
