Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with advanced expertise in Tableau and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will excel in understanding client requirements, building analytical scenarios, and applying a wide range of data analysis techniques to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Data Integrity & Governance

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of operational data across all systems
• Establish structured validation and governance protocols to maintain data integrity
  
  

Dashboard Readiness & Data Availability

• Maintain the availability and performance of interactive dashboards
• Guarantee real-time visibility into key metrics and operational trends
  
  

Enterprise Analytics Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute company-wide analytics strategies
• Establish governance frameworks and methodologies to transform raw data into strategic insights
  
  

Advanced Analytics & Intelligence Enablement

• Design and deploy predictive, prescriptive, and diagnostic models
• Uncover business insights, optimize operations, and identify growth opportunities
  
  

Data Infrastructure & Scalability

• Oversee the development of scalable data ecosystems, including ETL pipelines and cloud-based environments
• Ensure secure and timely access to data across the enterprise
  
  

Dashboard Development & Automation

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools
• Enable dynamic monitoring of performance and operational health through automation
  
  

Data Storytelling (Insights)

• Transform complex datasets into intuitive visual narratives
• Apply design principles to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment in reporting
  
  

Platform Data Governance & Access Control

• Manage data-related configurations within Madar platforms
• Oversee user access, conduct periodic reviews, and ensure alignment with security policies
  
  

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Tableau (dashboard design, calculated fields, parameters, data blending)
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data manipulation tools
• Familiarity with statistical techniques (regression, clustering, hypothesis testing, forecasting)
• Ability to apply diverse analysis techniques to solve complex business problems
• Excellent ability to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate insights effectively
• Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience in data analysis and visualization
