Job Summary:

The Senior Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights, primarily using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in data analysis and visualization, who can effectively communicate findings to drive business strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute comprehensive data analysis projects to support business strategies and objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Excel spreadsheets and Google Sheets to track and report key performance metrics.
• Create and automate data models, pivot tables, and advanced formulas to streamline data processes.
• Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports in Google Sheets for various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct in-depth data validation and quality control to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, macros, VBA, and data visualization techniques.
• Extensive experience with Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, scripting, and data integration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

Advantage:

• Experience with additional data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python).
• Data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS) is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
