Data Analysis Specialist:

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and update sales data across channels/customers/regions (sales revenue, order count, collections/receivables, inventory, etc.).
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly Excel reports and trackers; ensure consistent definitions and on-time updates.
• Perform basic data cleaning and reconciliation; identify anomalies and follow up to correct them.
• Create reports and brief takeaways to support weekly meetings, monthly reviews, and campaign preparation.

Requirements

• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
• Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity
• Good communication and business understanding; able to translate requests into clear spreadsheets and data outputs.

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Experience with sales/channel/e-commerce data processing.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP data exports and reconciliation.
