Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational and performance data within a contact center environment
  • Perform workforce management activities including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis within a contact center environment
  • Proven Workforce Management (WFM) expertise
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
