Data Analyst

You will be responsible to transform raw data into actionable insights, design robust data visualization solutions, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate must have strong understanding of relational databases, proficiency in Python scripting, and the ability to build advanced dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.

Responsibilities:

• The individual will be responsible for end-to-end data analytics and visualization development, including new report and dashboard creation, ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Write complex, optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and aggregate data from diverse data warehouse environments.
• Effectively multitask across multiple initiatives while consistently delivering high-quality outputs.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and an intuitive user experience for stakeholders.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, concise executive-level insights and summaries that support strategic decision-making.
• Independently analyze, resolve, and document business problems with minimal oversight, demonstrating ownership and accountability for issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Professional or training certification in any BI tool will be an added advantage.
• Must have at least 3+ years of experience in BI and Data Visualization.
• Ability to design, develop, and deploy BI solutions end to end.
• In-depth knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and platforms.
• Strong expertise in building semantic layers and optimizing SQL generated by BI tools.
• Experience maintaining and supporting BI solutions in production environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in dashboard and data visualization design best practices.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and data discovery.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
