Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather relevant data from various sources, including databases, surveys, and external datasets. Coordinate with Field Team for gathering data.
• Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency, addressing missing values and outliers as needed.
• Utilize statistical methods and software (such as SPSS, R, Python, or specialized statistical tools) to conduct exploratory data analysis.
• Create clear and insightful data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of data analysis processes, including validation of results and adherence to data privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research Team and Clients to define project goals and deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques, tools, and industry trends to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree specialised in MIS, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or Mathematics or any Bachelor degree having Hands on experiance with Statistical Tools specially SPSS and Python.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software Specilly SPSS, Python and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of statistical concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g.,Power BI).
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and ethical data handling practices.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in data analysis or statistics is typically preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
