Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented System Administrator & Data Analyst to manage, maintain, and optimize our CRM and related systems while ensuring high data quality, compliance, and analytical insight.

This role is primarily system administration-focused, requiring a strong understanding of functional and technical CRM administration, system correctness, configurations, user management, and data integrity. The role also includes data cleansing, validation, reporting, and analytics to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities System Administration (Primary Focus)
  • Administer, configure, and maintain the company's CRM system and related platforms
  • Act as the functional and technical system administrator ensuring correct system setup and workflows
  • Manage user access, roles, profiles, and security settings
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and operational correctness
  • Test, document, and support system updates and enhancements
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide user support
  • Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and admin best practices
  • Ensure data governance, compliance, and adherence to data standards
Data Management & Compliance
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems
  • Perform regular data audits, cleansing, validation, and deduplication
  • Enforce data collection standards and compliance requirements
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues
Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from CRM and other systems
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
  • Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and insights
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience
  • 2-4 / 2-5 years of experience in system administration, CRM administration, or data operations
  • Hands-on experience administering a CRM platform
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Strong understanding of CRM data models, workflows, and permissions
  • Experience with data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools
  • Knowledge of data compliance and governance practices
Soft Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to balance system administration with analytics
  • Clear communication and documentation skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently
Nice to Have
  • Experience with CRM integrations or automation
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations
  • Experience supporting internal business teams
