We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to solving large-scale data engineering and analytics challenges.

Role Summary

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, industry-leading data products to enterprise clients. You will build and maintain data workflows, monitor data quality through dashboards, interact with vendors, and work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure successful execution and monitoring of production data workflows.
- Maintain data quality and integrity through dashboarding, validation processes, and rigorous quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with established data governance and security standards.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Proactively communicate workflow results, project updates, and open issues to stakeholders.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop deep understanding of managed datasets and serve as a subject matter resource for stakeholders regarding data attributes and structure.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 3+ year of experience in ETL processes or data warehousing environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, or similar scripting languages for automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively communicate with stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
- Experience working with Databricks.
- Experience with AWS-based solutions and cloud data platforms.
- Exposure to data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
