We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:


Data Management & Analysis


  • Collect, clean, validate, and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources.

  • Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business insights.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through routine quality checks.

  • Support ad-hoc data analysis and real-time reporting requirements.


Google Sheets & Automation


  • Manage and maintain complex Google Sheets.

  • Develop advanced formulas including QUERY, FILTER, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, and others.

  • Automate reporting systems and create dynamic dashboards.

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Google Apps Script (mandatory requirement).


CRM & System Support


  • Assist in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho One setup, customization, and optimization.

  • Integrate Google Workspace tools with CRM systems.

  • Improve reporting structure and data flow between departments.


Reporting & Dashboard Development


  • Design and maintain business dashboards and performance reports.

  • Present findings in clear, concise, and visually compelling formats.

  • Develop automated MIS reports for management.


Process Improvement


  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest automation solutions.

  • Use AI tools to improve productivity and streamline repetitive tasks.

  • Coordinate with Purchase, Marketing, and Accounts teams for structured data management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Experience:- 1 to 3 Yrs of experience in data management

  • Strong proficiency in Google Apps Script
    (mandatory).

  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
