Overview

The Data Analysis Specialist will support the Data Analytics team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain practical experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy and completeness of datasets.
• Assist in developing and maintaining data pipelines to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data, with a focus on fintech-specific metrics.
• Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to provide insights on key performance metrics and business trends within the fintech industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights tailored to fintech products and services.
• Assist in developing data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, with an emphasis on fintech-related KPIs.
• Support the implementation and optimization of data analysis tools and technologies relevant to the fintech domain.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting within the fintech sector.
  
  

Key Qualifications

• A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
