Data Analyst

Introduction:

Teach a Kid Make Individual Life (TAKMIL), a non-profit organization registered under

the Societies Registration Act and certified by the Pakistan Center of Philanthropy

(PCP), is dedicated to transforming lives through education. Our mission is to provide

free and high-quality education to out-of-school children in communities where access

to education is limited or nonexistent.

Our Mission:

TAKMIL Foundation is committed to making a positive impact by offering education

opportunities to underserved children across Pakistan. Through our network of 153

non-formal community schools and approximately 6000 enrollments, we strive to

bridge the gap in educational access and empower children to reach their full potential.

Project Description & Role:

As a Remote Data Analyst at TAKMIL, you will play a vital role in analyzing and

interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support strategic business goals.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate with

teams across different locations while contributing to impactful projects.

In the role of Data Analyst, the responsibilities encompass will be:

- Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using MS Excel

and MS Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely to gather requirements, analyze

data needs, and deliver data solutions that meet business objectives.

- Conduct data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation to ensure data accuracy

and reliability.

- Utilize Python programming skills to automate data workflows, perform data

analysis, and develop data pipelines for efficient data processing.

- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that

inform business strategies and optimizations.

- Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by stakeholders, providing

actionable recommendations based on data findings.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in

data analytics and remote collaboration tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role or similar capacity.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

- Familiarity with nonSQL databases such as MongoDB for querying databases and

manipulating data.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

stakeholders.

- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, or machine learning concepts

is a plus.
