Data Analyst

We are a leading design and construction organization with a strong national footprint and we're seeking a talented Data Analyst to join the team in Atlanta. This role is perfect for someone who loves transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support smarter decisions across operations project delivery and business strategy.

• Collect, clean, and organize datasets from multiple sources to support reporting and forecasting
• Develop dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate trends performance indicators and outcomes
• Partner with project management accounting estimating and leadership teams to understand their data needs
• Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify risks opportunities and patterns
• Support the development of predictive analytics and modeling tools
• Improve data workflows and contribute to a culture of accuracy and consistency
• Present insights in a clear and compelling way to both technical and nontechnical audience
• Build data models for cost report optimizations and input to Procore and internal platforms

What you need:

• 3+ years of Data Analysis or Project Controls experience
• BS in Computer Science, Data Science or Related field
• Strong Data Visualization tool experience (Excel Dashboards, Power BI or Tableau)
• Strong skills with SQL, Python or similar data querying languages.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and explain findings simply and confidently
• Experience in construction, design/build, architecture or engineering environments is a plus but not required
