Data Analyst

Job Description:

The Data Analyst will support client’s wildfire mitigation and grid operations initiatives through detailed GIS and communications data quality work. This role focuses on updating field device communications states (e.g., reclosers, capacitors), validating and reconciling geospatial and operational data, and ensuring accuracy across integrated systems.

The analyst will also participate in major platform upgrade testing, including ADMS v39 , OMS testing , and wildfire‑related test scenarios. This position is highly cross-functional and collaborates closely with internal teams such as Wildfire Engineering, Control Room Operations, and point‑to‑point testing, as well as with external vendor Schneider Electric.

• Candidates must be comfortable working with GIS systems that feed other mission‑critical platforms and have experience with version‑based editing workflows. Strong communication skills, self‑directed learning, and an ability to execute mid‑term projects independently are essential.
