Data Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive product growth, improve user experience, and support strategic decision-making. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to build dashboards, analyze trends, and uncover opportunities across our platform and apps.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior, deposit flows, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and friction points

• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using BI tools (Metabase or similar)

• Partner with Product and Engineering to define, track, and evaluate key metrics and KPIs

• Conduct ad-hoc deep dives to support business decisions (pricing, partnerships, marketing ROI, cohort analysis)

• Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure feature impact

• Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility

• Monitor data quality, flag anomalies, and propose corrective actions

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related)

• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)

• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Metabase, Power BI or similar)

• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experiment design

• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong attention to detail with a bias toward action and ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services

• Familiarity with event tracking tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment)

• Experience with Airflow, or similar data pipeline tools

• Knowledge of regulatory/compliance data requirements (SAMA, PCI-DSS)
