Data analyst

Job Description

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Metabase.
Write, optimize, and maintain Python scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and business-friendly manner.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting tools.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or any relevant field.
3–5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy); experience with Jupyter Notebook is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard development, DAX functions, and data modeling).
Mandatory experience with Metabase (dashboard creation, data exploration, and reporting).
Solid knowledge of SQL (writing complex queries, data extraction, and performance optimization).
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
