Job Overview

We are looking for an AI Automation & Data Engineer to streamline and automate our bakery operations across multiple outlets. The role focuses on integrating systems, improving data visibility, and building intelligent solutions for sales forecasting, inventory management, and demand-supply planning.

The ideal candidate will help us move from manual processes to automated, data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate data from POS systems, inventory, sales, and supply chain into a centralized system
• Develop automated dashboards for daily sales, outlet performance, and stock levels
• Build demand forecasting models based on historical sales, seasonality, and trends
• Automate inventory planning to reduce stock-outs and wastage (especially perishable items)
• Create automated alerts for low stock, overstock, and unusual sales patterns
• Connect different tools and software using APIs or automation platforms
• Work with operations and outlet teams to understand real problems and solve them through automation
• Improve reporting efficiency by replacing manual Excel-based processes with automated systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in data analytics, automation, or system integration
• Strong command of SQL and data handling
• Experience with Python (data analysis, automation, APIs)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools
• Understanding of ETL processes and system integrations
• Basic understanding of forecasting or predictive analytics

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail, FMCG, or food industry
• Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory optimization
• Familiarity with POS and ERP systems
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

What Success Looks Like in This Role

• Accurate daily and weekly sales forecasts for each outlet
• Reduction in product wastage and stock shortages
• Real-time visibility of sales and inventory across all outlets
• Automated reporting instead of manual Excel work
• Better coordination between production, supply, and sales teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs95,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
