Data Analyst
New Requirement (contracting 4- 5 months )
Vendor Rate - around $75 per hr
Location - Greenwich , CT (Hybrid)
Role Overview:
The resource will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end preparation of Form PF filings, with a strong emphasis on data handling, transformation, and validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, parse, and transform large datasets from multiple Excel sources and other structured/unstructured inputs.
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using Python for cleaning, transformation, and validation of data.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to aggregate, reconcile, and validate data across systems.
- Map and populate processed data accurately into Form PF templates in accordance with SEC reporting requirements.
- Perform data quality checks and ensure consistency, completeness, and auditability of all reported figures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data definitions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely submission.
Required Skills:
- Very strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins, aggregations, performance tuning) - MUST HAVE
- Good Python skills (pandas, data transformation, automation workflows)
- Extensive experience working with Excel-based data ingestion and transformation.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting workflows (preferably Form PF / SEC reporting) is a strong plus.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision.
Duration:
4–5 months (high urgency, immediate start preferred)
