Position: Data Analyst – Performance Marketing


We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Data Analyst to support performance marketing analysis across multi-market campaigns in the MEA & Europe region. This role focuses on transforming media and campaign data into actionable insights to support optimisation, strategic planning, and client recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Media Performance Analysis & Insight Development

·        Analyse post-campaign and ongoing media performance to identify patterns, opportunities and translate data into clear insights and implications to support optimisation decisions and performance reviews.

2.      Pre-Campaign Research & Market Intelligence

·        Conduct pre-campaign research on market trends, category dynamics, and audience behaviour to inform campaign planning and content considerations.

·        Provide data-backed inputs that support content direction, media planning, and channel prioritisation within defined brand and market guidelines.

3.      Post-Campaign Learning & Knowledge Building

·        Consolidate post-campaign results into learning summaries, highlighting what worked, what underperformed, and why.

·        Develop learning narratives that are suitable for both internal teams and client-facing discussions, supporting continuous improvement across campaigns.

4.      Research-Led Pitch & Planning Support

·        Support new business and pitches by grounding proposals in data, research, and relevant shopper or consumer insights.

·        Assist in building fact-based rationale for pitch recommendations and executional approaches, aligned with client objectives.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields

·        2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital analytics, or similar roles.

·        Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

·        Familiar with Advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, Power Query, formulas), exposure to Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, YouTube, or other digital media reporting platforms is preferred. Knowledge of Power BI, or dashboard tools will be an added advantage.

·        Basic understanding of digital media metrics such as Reach, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, and ROAS is preferred

·        Able to translate data into simple insights and recommendations.

·        Experience supporting multi-market or regional campaigns will be an advantage
