Data Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical Analyst to support a capital portfolio through deep analysis of project and operational data. This role is focused on transforming large datasets into actionable insights, identifying trends, and supporting leadership decision-making.

The ideal candidate enjoys working extensively with data, uncovering patterns, and communicating meaningful insights to stakeholders rather than simply generating reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, extract, and validate large sets of project and operational data
• Analyze trends, variances, and performance metrics to identify key insights
• Investigate data inconsistencies and anomalies
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations
• Present insights and findings to leadership and stakeholders
• Support decision-making through data-driven analysis
• Collaborate with business teams to answer operational and performance-related questions

• Spot problems or unusual trends
• Turn numbers into insights that leadership can understand

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
• Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations
