LFCU is currently seeking a Data Analyst with proven data analytical skills to join our growing team. The Data Analyst will design, develop, and deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reports to support business decision-making across LFCU. Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare periodic trending reports and track key areas as defined by management.

Create additional reports as requested:

Work with end users to determine appropriate criteria for the query.

Validate the results of any queries built, obtaining assistance from the person requesting the report if necessary.

Prepare the data requested in the most efficient and user-friendly way that supports decision-making across technical and non-technical audiences.

Schedule, automate, and publish reports through dashboards and reporting platforms.

Perform quality control by comparing data warehouse created reports against credit union data obtained through other business system-generated reports.

Create clear and effective visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to communicate key findings.

Work closely with Marketing to develop campaigns and analyze performance:

Serve as a data interpreter to assist with strategic marketing initiatives.

Track results from campaigns through follow-up data analysis.
-
Identify ways to improve upon existing reporting methods.
-
Communicate key results with self-serve tools (dashboards, analytics tools) for product teams and key stakeholders.

Develop and automate reporting of key performance indicators of various LFCU products and services at scale.

Work closely with product teams and business stakeholders to support reporting needs related to product performance and testing initiatives.
Must Have:

Advanced knowledge of SQL, scripting languages and database concepts.

The versatility and willingness to learn new technologies on the job.

Availability to work on evenings and weekends, when necessary.

The ability to clearly communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiences.

The ability to manage multiple reporting requests and deadlines effectively.
Nice to Have:

3+ years industry experience in data analytics field and/or degree in STEM or other technical field.

Experience with web services (REST and SOAP).

Experience with BI Software (Oracle Analytics / Tableau / etc).

Familiarity with data warehouse best practices.

Background in financial services or regulated industries
