Data Analyst
Business Group: Digital Global Support (IT helpdesk organization)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to deliver metrics, reporting, and insights for Digital Global Support. You will help ensure data quality for dashboards and reports used by business and service delivery teams, and you will contribute to analytics and AI/ML initiatives that improve service outcomes.
You will support our centralized reporting platform, Digital Nervous System (DNS), built on Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI. DNS integrates data from ServiceNow and other enterprise sources to enable. The platform enables operational performance tracking and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update documentation for the DNS reporting platform

Design, build, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards using one or more data sources

Develop pipelines and datasets to ingest, store, and visualize data from new enterprise sources
-
Build AI/ML solutions using Azure and Microsoft Fabric to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that improve operational insights (for example, supporting problem management)

Perform data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy and consistency
-
Investigate and determine root causes of data discrepancies, and document defects with the appropriate engineering/support teams

Improve report and dashboard usability and interactivity based on end-user feedback
-
Deliver recurring training sessions to help stakeholders understand and use DNS metrics
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to support new reporting solutions and enhancements
Education/Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
-
2-4 years applicable experience required
