Salary: $50 - $65 per hour

Responsibilities

* Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets from various sources, including sales figures, project management systems, and client feedback.
* Analyse results using statistical techniques to identify significant trends, patterns, and correlations.
* Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and data quality.
* Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to communicate findings clearly to management and key stakeholders.
* Work closely with leadership to understand and prioritise business information needs.
* Monitor and audit data quality, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our organisational data.
* Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

* Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role.
* Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
* Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to organise, analyse, and disseminate information with great attention to detail and accuracy.
* Adept at writing queries, generating reports, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
* A degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is highly desirable.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience within the construction or business services sectors would be an advantage but is not essential.
