Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Oklahoma and Pennsylvania, United States

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $28 - $39 USD per hour



Responsibilities


As a Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

 

• Collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data from various sources, including service records, CRM systems, and financial reports.
• Analysing trends and patterns to provide actionable insights into business performance, operational efficiency, and customer behaviour.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports for key stakeholders across the organisation.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation through rigorous data analysis.
• Supporting sales and marketing initiatives by providing data-driven insights into market trends and customer segmentation.
• Performing ad-hoc analysis and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner to support management decision-making.
• Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data across all company platforms.

Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

 

• Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet software, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrable experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Exceptional analytical skills, a logical approach to problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a non-technical audience.
• A degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the HVAC or a similar home service industry would be a significant advantage.
