* Collaborate with programme managers and leadership to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support.
* Prepare comprehensive reports and compelling data visualisations for internal stakeholders, funders, and grant applications.
* Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of all data collected and managed by the organisation.
* Communicate analytical findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

* Strong proficiency in data analysis and querying languages, particularly SQL.
* Advanced skills in spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.
* Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
* A high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
* A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
* Experience working within the non-profit or social services sector would be a significant advantage.
* A genuine passion for and commitment to the mission and values of NCC Life.
