Plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Talent 2033 by conducting in-depth analysis, developing actionable insights, and supporting the implementation of high-impact initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, or STEM fields
Experience in strategy consulting, public sector consulting, or similar

Proven track record of conducting strategic analysis, developing insights, and supporting decision-making in complex environments

Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on long-term outcomes and systemic solutions

Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, policy developments, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making
