Data Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

Summary of role

  • Plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Talent 2033 by conducting in-depth analysis, developing actionable insights, and supporting the implementation of high-impact initiatives
  • Works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to address complex challenges and implement Talent 2033 program
  • Leverages strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive evidence-based decision-making and long-term organizational success
  • Conduct analysis and research to support the design and implementation of Talent 2033 programs


Required qualifications & experience

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, or STEM fields

Experience in strategy consulting, public sector consulting, or similar

  • Proven track record of conducting strategic analysis, developing insights, and supporting decision-making in complex environments
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on long-term outcomes and systemic solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, including the use of visual aids to convey insights
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability Technical skills:
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to

interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations

  • Understanding of public sector operations, policy development, and regulatory frameworks and challenges


Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, policy developments, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making
  • Assess the effectiveness of existing programs, policies, and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and present findings to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, policymakers, and community organizations, to gather input and align strategies
  • Support the development of long-term strategic plans, including goal-setting, resource allocation, and performance metrics
  • Evaluate the impact of existing and proposed policies, providing recommendations to enhance outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Prepare clear, concise, and compelling reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Support strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities.
