Data Analyst / Automation Engineer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Data & Automation Specialist to help us streamline how we collect, structure, and use data across our operations.This role is focused on building efficient systems that aggregate data from multiple sources and turn it into clear, usable dashboards. The ideal candidate can work within our existing tools or propose better solutions where needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified system
• Build dashboards and reporting views for performance tracking
• Design and implement automation to reduce manual workflows
• Structure datasets for accuracy, consistency, and scalability
• Create systems that are easy for non-technical team members to use
• Maintain and optimize systems after initial build

Core Skills & Requirements

• Strong experience with Lark (Base, Sheets, workflows) - highly preferred
• Advanced spreadsheet and data structuring skills
• Experience with automation tools and workflow design
• Ability to scrape, extract, and aggregate data from multiple sources
• Experience building dashboards or internal reporting systems
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Flexibility on Tools

• Preferred: Build within Lark to align with our current systems
• Open to: External platforms or custom solutions (dashboards, internal tools, lightweight apps)
• Ability to recommend the best system architecture is a strong plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with APIs and data pipelines
• Basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience building internal tools or lightweight web dashboards
• Familiarity with e-commerce or live streaming data

• Initial project to build core systems and dashboards

Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour
