Data Analyst / BI Developer

As a Data Analyst / BI Developer at The20, you will play a critical role in elevating our analytics maturity and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will build high-impact reporting, ensure the quality and reliability of core data sources, and develop scalable BI solutions - particularly within Qlik Sense - that leadership and partner MSPs can trust.

Success in this role means delivering accurate and actionable analytics, maintaining well-governed, high-quality data, and strengthening cross-functional relationships through clear communication and dependable execution. You’ll contribute directly to a unified analytics strategy that supports The 20’s continued growth.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Enterprise Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Build dashboards, KPIs, and analytics across multiple BI platforms.

  • Turn business requirements into clear, actionable insights.

  • Explore, validate, and analyze data to answer business questions.

  • Standardize reporting and support a unified analytics strategy.

  • Deliver accurate reporting that leadership relies on for decisions.

Data Quality, Integrity & Governance

  • Monitor core data sources for accuracy, consistency, and freshness.

  • Identify and resolve data quality issues across systems.

  • Work with data owners to improve governance and data definitions.

  • Document and maintain repeatable processes for data validation and transformation.

  • Maintain clean, trusted data that supports business operations.

BI Development (Qlik Sense Required)

  • Build and maintain Qlik Sense apps, data models, and load scripts.

  • Apply best practices for performance, modeling, set analysis, and visualization.

  • Manage secure, role-based access to BI tools and data.

  • Implement automation and workflow improvements using Qlik or similar tools.

  • Deliver scalable BI solutions that support organizational growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with leaders and teams to understand data needs and priorities.

  • Manage analytics requests and reporting enhancements.

  • Clearly communicate timelines, expectations, and results.

  • Train and support users on BI tools and analytics best practices.

  • Build trust through consistent, proactive communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience developing solutions in Qlik Sense.

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with varied data sources.

  • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and analytical workflows.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with modern data platforms, analytics engineering, or cloud data integration.

  • Familiarity with multi-tenant environments or MSP operational data.

  • Experience with data automation/orchestration tools.

  • Qlik certifications or experience with additional BI platforms.
