Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst with strong expertise in data visualization, reporting, ETL processes, and data warehousing. The ideal candidate will have experience transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and cloud-based databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business stakeholders and management teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and BI solutions using Tableau and Power BI.
• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and data marts.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis from multiple data sources.
• Conduct exploratory and descriptive data analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, revenue patterns, and business opportunities.
• Generate operational, financial, sales, and customer analytics reports for various business functions.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
• Create and maintain data models including dimensions, facts, joins, and relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Customer Success.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through testing and validation processes.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL Developer, and Amazon Redshift.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel reporting.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in dashboard development, KPI reporting, and business analytics.
• Understanding of data modeling, data marts, and BI architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and reporting ecosystems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Data Science is preferred.
• Tableau Desktop Specialist or similar BI certifications are an advantage.
• Experience with customer analytics, churn analysis, cohort analysis, and revenue reporting is preferred.

Experience Required:

• 4–6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting roles.
