About the Role:
Grade Level (for internal use): 07
Process data (non-Financial) and apply it in an accurate manner
High quality data collation, analysis, extraction and entering the data in work tools as per guideline specifications.
Provide accurate, relevant, and complete solution to client requirements.
Execute root causing of data lapses and gaps in coverage.
Understand the working of the dataset, be aware of the workflows and have strong working knowledge of work tools
Deliver on predefined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes with quality and excellence.
Provides input and ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the dataset
Work on projects as and when they come up and ensure that they are completed within the given time span maintaining the desired quality
Troubleshoots problems or issues and provide support to the team
Ideate and execute Process improvement and Automation projects
Project planning, execution and control i.e. end to end accountability
Timely and crisp communication to Management and researchers about work in progress and challenges
Collaborate with other teams in department and global teams to achieve organizational goals and promote diversity
Stay abreast of updated guidelines and policies
General understanding of client support process, KPIs and other related metrics
Involvement in policy formation, data extraction through SQL, trend analysis and brainstorming on systematically cleaning bad data to deliver quality data to our clients
Deliver on predefined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes with quality and excellence.
Escalating concerns on time and with correct line of communication.
