Overview

The Digital Commerce Data Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining product data and imagery across digital platforms. This role ensures data accuracy, resolves issues, and supports smooth execution of digital commerce operations by working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update product catalog data and images across digital channels
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and system issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and manage data workflows
  • Extract, analyze, and organize data using advanced Excel skills
  • Support reporting, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational needs

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience (data, operations, or support roles)
  • Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reporting)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SharePoint or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
