The Data Analyst will serve as a pivotal force in driving business intelligence and operational excellence. The position is responsible for designing and maintaining robust data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and delivering statistical models that inform strategic decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regression analysis on historical project data to identify trends and cost drivers.
• Analyze productivity and materials data to enhance estimation accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, providing real-time project KPIs to stakeholders.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Identify quality improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis, supporting informed vendor management and training initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• National (Family Book required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role within a reputable organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, MS Office, and data modeling concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a proven track record of delivering insights to diverse audiences.
