Data Analyst – Enterprise Quality

As a data analyst of enterprise quality on the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team, you'll coordinate the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes through scheduled quality reviews. With a focus on enterprise-wide quality, you'll develop and refine quality review procedures, collaborating with leadership to establish criteria and scoring metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Additionally, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align on enterprise quality goals and objectives and contribute to the development and refinement of quality assurance processes, templates, and documentation to support enterprise-wide consistency.

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

  • Proficiency in analyzing data and identifying trends using tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of defect tracking, management systems, enterprise systems, databases, and IT infrastructure.
  • Ability to create detailed reports and dashboards to track quality metrics and present quality metrics, reports, and recommendations to executives and collaborators.
  • Understanding of process improvement frameworks, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Total Quality Management (TQM), and the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, CMMI, or ITIL while demonstrating competence in maintaining organizational and industry-specific quality standards.

Compensation

  • $67,300 - $108,500/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24%-30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance (depending on position level)
