As a data analyst mid on the Personal Lines Quality Management team, you'll support a fast-evolving product environment where new models and features are released. You’ll ensure careful review of extensive documentation spanning property, auto, and specialty products. In this role, you'll evaluate how implemented features perform in production by running background controls, identifying outliers such as incorrect discounts, and assessing risk rankings. You’ll also ensure high-risk model features implement as intended and future models reflect accurate, high-quality data. Additionally, you'll partner closely with a wide range of collaborators, particularly across the Personal Lines organization, to analyze coverage, rates, risks, and feature behavior.

Remote work allowed, with occasional travel for meetings and/or training.

Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of four years of analytical work experience
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience


Preferred skills
  • Background in SQL, Alteryx, Dataflux, Ataccama, or equivalent programming language/API.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to research data, recognize patterns, and use critical thinking to solve complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills, including confidence in presenting insights collaborating effectively diverse teams.
  • Proactive and disciplined, with strong time management skills to handle shifting deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver high‑quality work on time.
  • Dedicated to finding practical solutions, able to adapt to evolving needs, work independently, and drive problem-solving initiatives in dynamic or unclear situations.


Compensation
  • $67,300-$89,700/year, depending on experience.
  • Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
