This internship offers hands-on industrial experience within a real-time manufacturing environment, helping you bridge the gap between academics and industry practice.

Key Learning Areas & Projects

Interns will work on real-time data from production, laboratory, and ERP systems to generate actionable business insights.
Key project areas include:

• Operational Efficiency Analysis: Analyze production downtime data and build predictive models for maintenance scheduling.
• Quality Control Data Analytics: Correlate raw material data with QC outcomes to optimize tolerance levels and reduce rejection rates.
• Inventory & Cost Forecasting: Perform time-series forecasting for key raw materials (e.g., Zinc, Acids) to optimize inventory costs.
• Reporting & Visualization: Create interactive dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for KPI monitoring.
