Join our team as a Data Analyst Intern!
Are you someone who enjoys digging into data, spotting inconsistencies others miss, and building smarter systems? This internship is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience working on real business systems, helping launch new tools and process improvements that impact teams across the company. You’ll play a key role in strengthening data integrity, improving workflows, and supporting system enhancements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do

Support the Development Operations team with data auditing, entry, and system improvements

Build and maintain Smartsheet grids, reports, dashboards, and forms

Create and troubleshoot formulas, including cross-sheet references and nested logic

Assist in launching new systems and implementing process updates across teams

Identify data inconsistencies and backend issues, and help resolve them

Develop and manage automated workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy

Design dashboards that translate complex data into clear, user-friendly insights

Ensure data integrity through organization, version control, and consistent structure

Attend internal meetings to support reporting and system-related initiatives
What You’ll Bring
-
Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience with Smartsheet is preferred, but not required; Advanced Excel skills

Experience or interest in working with backend systems and data structures

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and troubleshoot issues

High attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary starting at $22/hour

Full-time, temporary internship (first week of June through end of August)

On-site position – must be local to the Oregon / Madison area

Monday–Friday schedule with standard business hours
