As a lead data analyst on the Centralized Reporting and Analysis team within the Personal Lines Property organization, you'll drive strategic initiatives across all property products. You’ll serve as a liaison between business leaders, cross-functional teams, and technical partners to develop analytical approaches and align reporting, insights, and capacity with enterprise goals. You’ll conduct complex data analyses to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights for strategic and operational decision-making. As a lead, you’ll prioritize and coordinate analytical efforts across initiatives, manage collaborator expectations, and influence data-driven strategies that impact growth and efficiency across all property products. Additionally, you’ll deliver deeper analysis and translate findings into strategic recommendations for senior leadership, helping to shape the long-term vision and direction of the function.

Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills
  • Proficiency with technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau.
  • Strong critical thinking and proven ability to execute analysis and reporting deliverables based on limited and ambiguous information.

Compensation
  • $98,400 - $131,200/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
