Job Title: Data Analyst Mentor

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Data Analyst Mentor to guide aspiring learners in developing the technical and problem-solving skills required for today’s data-driven industry. The mentor will provide structured training, hands-on project guidance, and career support to prepare students for real-world analytics roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on Excel, SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI, and other relevant tools.
• Mentor learners on data collection, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Support students through real-world projects, assignments, and case studies.
• Offer one-on-one guidance, doubt clearing, and personalized feedback.
• Prepare learners for industry roles and interviews with portfolio-building support.
• Collaborate with the academic team to update and enhance training materials in line with industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional experience as a Data Analyst / Data Scientist.
• Hands-on expertise in:
• SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Python/R (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI (or similar)
• Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards)
• Strong communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and guiding aspiring professionals.

Preferred Qualities

• Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.
• Patient, approachable, and student-focused.
